Change Management


It is often said that there are only two certainties in life - taxes and death. Universally however there is one certainty for any organisation in the world and that is the fact that at some point, every organisation will need to undergo change. 

Active planning, management and delivery of this change is often overlooked by organisations and most failures in organisations can be traced back to a failure in change management. Organisations are slowly realising that change is absolutely fundamental to their continued success and survival. 

For effective change, you have to identify the need for change (linked to your overall strategy) and the leadership to deliver it. Kotter's 8-step model articulates change in 8 key stages - to create urgency, form a powerful coalition, create a vision for change, communicate the vision, remove obstacles, create short term wins, build on the change and anchor the changes in corporate culture.

Programme Management

We have Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) advanced Practioner and Projects in controlled environments (PRINCE) practitioner qualified staff with international experience of managing complex programmes.
