Seema Khehar I Managing Director
Seema has an honours degree in Economics from Leicester University, UK and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) that she undertook at Melbourne Business School, University of Melbourne, Australia and Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina, USA.
Seema is an experienced international manager, specialised in new ventures strategy, delivery of complex global transformational change programmes and turnaround. She is also an advanced practitioner of Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) and PRINCE practitioner qualified. She has additionally completed courses in Financial Management of Financial Institutions (FMFI), effective presentations, organisational design, entrepreneurship, marketing,information technology, human resource management and ethics.
Seema has 20 years management experience with a background in consulting and industry, focused principally in financial services including regulatory, operations, retail, wholesale and investment banking work. She has also worked in the arts, public sector, manufacturing and the health sector. She is now enjoying her new role at Mea Culpa.
Seema has extensive knowledge in strategic transformation, operations, team development, change management, and human resource management. Her skill set includes general management, executive and leadership coaching, training, transformation and delivery of large-scale business and technology change initiatives including turnaround of stressed areas. Using this varied skillset she is currently transforming Mea Culpa.
She has lived and worked in Kenya, United Kingdom, Australia, America and South Africa and also delivered global assignments in Europe and the Middle East.
